Websites & systems.
We build websites, AI receptionists, chatbots, and outbound sales agents for local service businesses — contractors, salons, recruiters, and the like. Most projects ship a working version in about a week, and you talk directly to the person who built it.
Everything we build.
Professional Websites
Most contractor sites still look like they were built in 2014 — slow, cluttered, built for a desktop nobody uses anymore. We build sites that load in under two seconds on a phone in a driveway with two bars of signal, because that's where your customers actually are. Every page is built around one job: getting a name and a number, or a booked call. No stock photos of people in hard hats shaking hands — real photos of your actual trucks, your actual crew, your actual work. It won't win a design award. It'll get the call.
How it works →AI Receptionist
Your phone rings at 7:40pm on a Tuesday. You're under a sink, hands wet, and it goes to voicemail — which nobody actually checks until the next morning, if at all. The AI receptionist picks up on the second ring, asks what the job is, checks what's open on your calendar, and books it. You get a text with the details before you've dried your hands off. It sounds like a person, not a phone tree. It won't argue a price with an angry customer — that call still needs you. But it'll stop the easy ones from going to whoever answers first.
How it works →AI Chatbots
Somebody lands on your site at 11pm, scrolls for forty seconds, and leaves without calling — because calling a business at 11pm feels weird, even if you'd have picked up. A chatbot doesn't mind the hour. It asks what they need, gets a name and a callback number, and hands you a warm lead by morning instead of a bounce you never see. It's not going to close a five-figure job or replace a real conversation — it's there to catch the visitor who would've just left. Most nights it's quiet. Some nights it's the only reason a lead exists at all.
How it works →AI Automations
You didn't start this business to spend Sunday night updating a spreadsheet of who still owes you money. Automations take the repetitive, rule-based parts of running the business — sourcing a list, logging a job, sending a reminder, pulling a weekly number — and run them without you touching a keyboard. Every automation is built around your actual workflow, the way you already do it, not a generic template pulled off a shelf. Some of this is boring to build and boring to use. That's the point — boring means it's not costing you an evening anymore.
How it works →Follow-Up Sequences
A lead comes in Monday. You mean to call back Wednesday. It's now three weeks later and you genuinely don't remember their name — that's the normal way most follow-up dies, not a character flaw. Automated sequences text and email at the intervals a person forgets to: same day, three days, ten days, then a last real check-in before the lead goes cold for good. The messages read like you wrote them on your phone between jobs, not like a newsletter. It won't rescue a lead who was never serious. It will stop losing the ones who were.
How it works →Review Automation
You do good work every week and roughly none of it ends up as a Google review, because asking feels awkward and remembering to ask is one more thing on a long list. The system sends a review request automatically once a job's marked done — timed so it lands while the customer's still happy, not two weeks later when they've forgotten your name. It won't manufacture a five-star review out of a bad job, and it shouldn't. It makes sure the customers who already like you actually say so, publicly, without you having to ask twice.
How it works →Outbound AI Sales Agent
This is the one we use ourselves. It finds businesses that match a specific profile — a recruiting firm with stale job postings, a contractor with an outdated site, whatever the target is — pulls real context on each one, and writes outreach that references that context instead of a mail-merge with a first name dropped in. It sends at a pace that doesn't get flagged as spam, tracks who opens and replies, and surfaces the ones worth a real conversation. We built our own client list this way before we ever pitched a client. It doesn't close the deal — that's still a phone call between two people. It finds the eleven conversations worth having out of the eleven hundred that wouldn't have gone anywhere.
How it actually goes.
Book a call
You tell us what's actually broken — missed calls, no website, no follow-up. We scope exactly what to build on the call, not a follow-up sales pitch.
We need: 20 minutes and a rough idea of your biggest bottleneck.
Timeline: Same week you reach out.
We build it
We build against your real business info, not a template with your name swapped in. You get a live preview to react to before anything ships.
We need: A fast yes/no on the preview, and real photos or info if you have them.
Timeline: About a week for most projects.
It goes live
Your site, receptionist, or automation goes live and starts capturing leads immediately — no separate launch phase.
We need: Nothing. It runs. You text us directly if anything needs to change.
Timeline: Ongoing, with direct founder access.

“They are helping me reach out to companies that need help filling roles for hiring. With Flow Digital's help we are getting a lot more booked consultations and closed deals.”

Most agencies sell you a website and disappear. We build the machine that books the work — then answer the phone when you call.
Stop missing leads.
